Painter Dolphin Xiaoqiang | World Smartest Dolphin

Xiaqiang might known as the smartest dolphin in this world, this dolphin could paint on a canvas. like we know Dolphins are smart, talented creatures,no doubt about that, but I had no ideas painting was one of their skills. with a lot of training this dolphin can be a great painter among animal world i think. well i'm sure that all of you won't miss the World Smartest Animal Ever which is posted here on the crazy world before.

Xiaoqiang, a dolphin from Qingdao, in China’s Shandong Province has learned to paint, under the guidance of his trainer. Looking at his work, I’d say he still has a long way to go before becoming the second Rembrandt, but he’s well on his way.

As a store owner, what is your feedback on the Orbit system? Worth it? What do you recommend?

I sell TONS of orbits...its definitely an investment. I think its an awesome system!very practical, they have thought of all the little things that other systems lack...especially the new g2 Orbit. I can only think of 2 cons, With the toddler seat on the stroller and when collapsed its a bit bulky, and 2. the car seat is SUPER AWKARD AND too big for shopping carts. overall if you can afford it, GET IT! you wont be disappointed

The Itty Bitty Tease Cabaret goes French nouvelle vague

Time for some burlesque updates again.

1. Seems my body recents 60's pastiche go-go dancing. Like last time, I am ill again now that it's time for the No Milk Today club! Eye- and throat infection. Damn. But if you're around town you still have time to get down to Lepakkomies (which means Batman btw for those unfortunate with no knowledge of the Finnish language :) and watch the other girls shake. And oh yeah dig the band too of course. They start at 22:30.

2. In between death and revival, on Easter Saturday, it's time for the Blues Trash Cabaret club at Bar Loose. As usual, with great guests! By this I do not only mean us, but also Reverend Beat Man! I will do a new number, but that means I need to get my act together. (As in catch up on missed time due to being ill and as in stop being ill to be able to do so :)

3. There will be a new burlesque club at Jenny Woo first Wednesday of the month, starting April 7th; The Glitter Grill. On the menu the first night, apart from us, also a whole lot of boylesque!

4. Tinkerbell and I will perform at Regnbågs helgen 2010, the rainbow weekend for swedish speaking Finns, at DTM April 17th. It will be slightky queer and very quirky! New versions of old numbers.

Also keep you eyes open later this spring and summer for a Club Wanted revival, Helsinki Cruising parties... but more on all that later!

The Peej is 2 months old today!!!
Shes still super duper gassy, Im pretty much at a loss with the gas thing!
I just use a cornbag (a bag of corn kernels I heat up) and she seems to find that comforting.
Her constipation is still on-going, but Ive seemed to get a little more regularity with adding a teaspoon of Prune juice to her bottles.
She is smiling at people, and myself everyday! it melts my heart! its the CUTEST thing EVER!
shes starting to really focus of things, and people as well, she follows movements, makes eye contact, and stares at pictures from books I show her.
Her sleeping has lengthened about an hour or so....so shell go to bed around 10pm and wake up at 4/4:30am however this is all going to change with the new sleep system Im introducing...shes going to be put down for the night at 7pm! HUGE difference, but apparently it helps train them to sleep longer.
but Peej in all honesty is the cutest thing ever!!!

Healthy Sleep habits, Happy Child

So since Pella has been about 3 weeks old, she totally decided to ditch the naps! She would be awake all day! maybe sleep for a total of 2 hours out of the entire day....now that shes 2 months old, I notice how exhausted she is, her eyes are red, she fights trying to go to sleep, I was using 25 different sleep aides (which I am opposed too) and she was defiant, NO NAPS!

So Today was day 1 of the Healthy sleep habits, happy child approach..and I'd like to share was a success today!
she was up at 8am changed her, fed her, burped her, had about 1 hour of wake time , laid her down slept for 1.5 hours.
11am changed her, fed her, burped her, had about 1 hour of wake time , laid her down slept for 1.5 hours.
2pm she was fed, and slept for 2 hours up her aunties.
5pm changed her, fed her, burped her, had about 1 hour of wake time , laid her down slept for an hour
8pm changed her, fed her, burped her, had about 1 hour of wake time , gave her a bath, topped her off with another 2oz, laid her down at 9:30pm and shes still sleeping.

I never realized until I started reading HSHHC (with my kindle on m iphone) how important sleep truly is for these little tiny humans...I'm hoping by her getting this extra sleep, and by me becoming the sleep NAZI, she will be a happier child! just like the book says!

This Chocolate made by Italian Local Chocolatier has break the Guiness World Records for the Longest Chocolate Bar ever. it was measured about 11,57 meter long. The world longest chocolate made by A Giordano was showed on Rivarolo Urban Center Near Turin Italy. there's so many people gather there to see the world longest chocolate bar ever

The record to beat was 6.98 meters, but A. Giordano, a local chocolatier, and his team outdid themselves and made an 11.57 meter-long chocolate bar. The event was sponsored by a Rivarolo shopping mall, who also brought in the Guinness representative to acknowledge the attempt.

As you can imagine, the crowd gathered during the event was treated to a delicious piece of chocolate delight. hmmm i can’t wait to taste this chocolate… must be yummy and delicious.. oh yeah don't forget to visit Chocolate Theme Park in Beijing and the Spooky Chocolate Human Body parts Chocolate.

EARTH HOUR / BAKED SUSHI

My friend -and in some matters also freelancer colleague - K and her boyfriend have moved to a new flat in an area you have to catch a bus to get downtown from. Which for some may not sound like much but Helsinki is tram based. We (that is at lest K and I, and oh well and most other we know, those within the tram network :) find it kind of a big thing to move where the trams don't go. Even though that doesn't necessarily mean the same as "far away". (And to this I have to add, I will move a few bus stops further away in summer. Oh my!) So last weekend we grabbed some wine along and took the bus (for a few minutes) there!

We are considering the same tapestry for our future hall. (+This is also a sneaky outfit pic.)

We made dinner.

Oven baked sushi. Recipe can be found here. Open it with Firefox. For some reason it does not view properly in Safari.

Then Earth Hour started. Which we were of course totally aware of but might not have remembered if it wouldn't have been for the fact that most other windows around went dark...

It's nice with candle light. Newspapers said electricity usage in Helsinki went down with a few percents that night. (The people opposite didn't help out though as they have their light on. Hah, busted!)

Then it was time to eat. Sushi meets tacos sort of. Delicious.

K had made white chocolate pannacotta, animal friendly version, sans gelatin, with raspberries for dessert.

When it was late and all plates empty we went home. With a cab. Busses are for daytime use.
