TRASHY DIVA!

I am not much of a shopper abroad; you won't see me come home with half a new wardrobe from my travels. I always stock up on things I need before the trip and then get all modest when away and only feel I can by something if it is really extra spectacular. Or, then I just buy something that's alright because I feel I have to. You see, it is just the internet that brings out the shopping devil in me.

However, New Orleans being one of the main stops at our journey I was very much planning and looking forward to (I was actually ridiculously excited the closer that day came...) do some shopping at one of my absolute favourite stores, you know: Trashy Diva!

First I visited the French Quarter store and they were kind enough to let me take photos there.

So many dresses I didn't quite know where to start!

Although I have quite many dresses from before I now got a chance to try out more of the models and patterns. (Good for future shopping references, hehe. And for the questions I get about styles and fit...) I actually ended up buying some totally different pieces than planned! Although I in the end was rather calm and modest and bought only two (once again, it is only -well, almost- the evil world wide web that makes me splurge).

If you happen to be in town it is also worth visiting the uptown store, they have some pieces from older collections too and the area is nice to stroll around in, although I didn't take any photos in there.

I like to dress up inspired by past decades although I seldom try to re create an exact look or strive for true authenticity as, well, that was then and this is now. Basically I always say that you can create any look you want pretty much regardless of what you wear as it is all in the details. You know you can really change the feel of a dress with just a change in the shade of lipstick or your look depending how you wear your hair.

Going a bit 30's in New Orleans. (It was so hot there I used the fan until it broke...)

And something more of the early 60's in Key West.

I had the fangs done because I loved vampires as a little girl and I changed the colour of my eyes so they were how I really wanted them to be." And her transformation is not yet complete' she plans to have two more titanium implants added to the back of her head. She said: "Tattooing is my way of being immortal, of really being a vampire and not dying - leaving my work on other people's skin" (The Sun)

Neither of them have had a period to this day, but somehow through all of the ups and downs of this disease they both managed to finish medical school in 2009. However, neither of them has been able to hold down a job and they have never had boyfriends.

They desperately hope their most recent attempt at beating this disease has a different outcome than before.

World's First Horror Movies Ever - Le Manoir du diable, It seems every horror movie fans have to read the history about the First horror films in the world. it was Le Manoir du diable or in the English words means Devil's Castle. This films was made by a french film makers named Georges Méliès he also play as the Devil on that films. on the left was the photo of Georges Méliès.

Hmm Have you watch this first horror films in the history of mankind? this show is a kind of carnival or a live show. In the castle, the show has presented a bat that flew later turned into the figure of Satan.

He also raises a beautiful woman, and an old man carrying a book. Satan is making pots, women, men, and the book disappeared. A knight appears to carry the cross for help.

Gut punching desicions

deep breathe ok...so Ive always been the person to bite the bullet, be the bigger person, as many times as there have been in the last 16 months of wanting to keep my daughter all to myself and say FUCK IT, I havent. I've dealt with the instability, the headache, the lies, excuses, the close to NO support from her better half. Im not going to sit here and bash the man, or say things out of hate, but I am human, and I'm exhausted and tired. I have over exerted myself time and again, I am constantly taken advantage of, my time and MORE IMPORTANTLY my kids time is being wasted.
I filed for custody and support back in December of last year and WHY THE FUCK I dont have my court yet is BEYOND me!!!! Ive touched base BI-WEEKLY with my attorney, following up with what the fuckin deal is and STILL Nothing! Im told I should have something in the next week. OK GREAT, so my gut punching decision is to not deal with BD, until the order is in place, meaning I wont wait around every week to see if hes going to show or not. His obligation of being her father is to be financially responsible, morally responsible and psychically responsible, out of these all my daughter gets is him showing up, wanting a pat on the back and respect from ME b/c he SHOWED UP.
Its extremely frustrating to stay on the right path of PEACE between him and I, when he puts NO effort into making that possible. Hes got baggage, hes got his priorities out of whack, and its not fair to me or Pella. He has never had consequences for his parental actions, where my life is nothing but consequences and sacrifices. I know what Im choosing to do is temporary, and is the best for my sanity at this moment in time. Ive tried being the communicator, Ive tried being nice, Ive tried moving days and times around, Ive asked him for $0 ever since he decided he didnt want to "support me" (his idea of what child support is) and personally I just dont give a fuck anymore. I carry BOTH our weights, and emotion!!! Pella is too young to know whats going on, to know her dad is all over the place, and to be affected by all of this. Im hoping that by withdrawing him from her life until we have a court order, will make him wake up and smell the roses, see the big picture! I am struggling with this choice, some people will probably say Im crazy for not doing it sooner or Im crazy for not letting Pella see her dad, but to those people who dont live in my shoes... all I can say my intentions are NOT to keep my daughter from her dad, its something Ive decided is necessary until we both have set boundaries and guidelines....

This 8 years old male lowland gorilla named Zola has become a celebrity on Calgary Zoo today. Before lived in Calgary Zoo, Zola has been in the Alberta zoo for two years.

Zola was a Lowland Gorilla species which is listed as “critically endangered” by the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN) and although this subspecies has the largest wild population, they are facing increasing challenges due to human encroachment on their habitat for development, poaching for the bush meat trade, and disease.
