Sources are telling E! News and other media outlets that Jennifer Lopez will be returning to American Idol next season. Lopez herself, however, is still refusing to confirm whether she will be joining Steven Tyler and Randy Jackson for another season as an American Idol judge.

According to Marc Malkin of E! News, Jennifer Lopez has signed on to join Randy Jackson and Steven Tyler for the next season of American Idol but she is waiting for the ‘right moment’ to make the announcement.

Just a month ago, Jennifer Lopez told the BBC she was still debating her return to American Idol. “I don’t know. I haven’t been forced to make a decision and I’m glad about that because honestly I’m very on the fence about it,” Lopez said. “I had an amazing time doing it and I loved it, but I have a lot of other things happening…”

Appearing on the Today Show this week, Jennifer Lopez was still avoiding the question of whether fans would be seeing her on the next season of American Idol. “I love working on American Idol, love doing it,” Lopez told host Ann Curry. “I have no announcement to make as of this moment, but I promise, you guys will be the first [to know].”

In her very first television interview, Jaycee Dugard told Diane Sawyer she felt she needed to speak out about the nearly two decades she spent as a captive of sex offender Phillip Garrido. Over 15 million viewers tuned into the Primetime interview to see Jaycee Lee Dugard talk with Diane Sawyer about her life as a hostage to Garrido and his wife.

“I didn’t want there to be any more secrets,” Jaycee Dugard told Diane Sawyer of ABC News. “I hadn’t done anything wrong. It wasn’t something I did that caused this to happen. And I feel that by putting it all out there, it’s very freeing.”

At the height of the interview, nearly 15.7 million viewers had tuned in to the special Primetimetwo-hour special to hear Dugard’s story.

Jaycee Dugard said she had to face what had happened to her head on to deal with it. “Why not look at it?” Dugard told Diane Sawywer in the interview. “You know, stare it down until it can’t scare you any more.”

Dugard told Sawyer she was only 14-years-old when she gave birth to her first daughter, fathered by her rapist and abuser, Phillip Garrido. “It was very painful,” Dugard said through tears. “She came out and then I saw her. She was beautiful. I felt like I wasn’t alone any more. I had somebody who was mine.”

To survive the rape, torture and horrible conditions, Dugard said “there’s a switch that I had to shut off.” She told Diane Sawyer, “I mean, I can’t imagine being beaten to death, you know? And you can’t imagine being kidnapped and raped, you know? So, it’s just, you just do what you have to do to survive.”

Jaycee Dugard was kidnapped by Nancy and Phillip Garrido in 1991 when she was only 11. Jaycee Dugard’s personal memoir about her life in captivity, A Stolen Life, will be released on Tuesday.

Coheed and Cambria bassist Michael Todd was arrested on Sunday on charges of robbing a pharmacy in Massachusetts just hours before he was due on stage with the band.

According to police, Coheed and Cambria bassist Michael Todd walked into a Walgreens pharmacy in Attleboro, Mass. around 1PM on Sunday. He allegedly showed a note on his phone to the pharmacist that said he had a bomb and demanded to be given Oxycontin, an extremely powerful painkiller.

Todd, 30, left the scene in a taxi with six bottles of Oxycontin and headed to the Comcast Center in Mansfield, where Coheed and Cambria was due to open for Soundgarden that evening. Todd was later identified to police by the cab driver and on store surveillance video.

Police arrested Michael Todd at the Comcast Center before the show started and the band ended up playing without him. The Coheed and Cambria website has been updated to say the band plans on continuing their tour without the bassist. The band posted on their Facebook page that Todd would be replaced by Wes Styles for the rest of the tour. “We are surprised to say the least and will address the situation with Michael after the tour,” the band stated.

Michael Todd is due in court Monday for arrainment on charges of armed robbery and unlawful possession of prescription narcotics.

On Sunday, Victoria Beckham and husband David Beckham welcomed a new baby girl into the family. Harper Seven Beckham is the couple’s first daughter. Victoria and David Beckham are already parents to three boys, Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, 8, and Cruz, 6.

An unidentified source allegedly told Us Weekly the newest Beckham child was named Harper because it is “an old English name that [Victoria] has always liked.” As for that odd middle name, Seven, well… it is soccer star David Beckham’s old jersey number. The source, however, says the number for a middle name means more than that. “Seven is a very spiritual lucky number. [Harper] was born in the seventh month, in the seventh hour.”

Harper Seven Beckham was born on Sunday at 7:55AM in Los Angeles at Cedars-Sinai Hospital. David Beckham announced the birth on his Facebook page last night. “I am so proud and excited to announce the birth of our daughter Harper Seven Beckham,” the proud daddy posted.

Former Spice Girl Emma Bunton (Baby Spice) Tweeted her congrats to the happy couple, saying she “can’t wait to meet your gorgeous little girl!”

Melanie Brown, who is expecting her own third child at any time, also posted a congrats message to Twitter. “@victoriabeckham congrats!!! Yipeee another spice baby is born, damn it wish it was me this AM cos I feel like I’m about to POP!”
