Divers in the Volga river are undertaking the grim task of retrieving those killed when their pleasure cruiser sank on Sunday in central Russia. They earlier reported finding more than 100 bodies trapped inside 'The Bulgaria'. It's emerged that the pleasure cruiser was not licenced to carry passengers, with official reports now saying that there were 208 people on board - far more than the boat was designed to carry.
